What Are Tags?

Tags are labels you can assign to prospects to help organize and categorize them. Think of tags as colored sticky notes that make it easy to group prospects by any criteria that matters to your business.

Creating and Managing Tags

How to Create Tags
  1. Navigate to the Tags page from the main menu
  2. Click the "Add Tag" button
  3. Enter a descriptive name for your tag
  4. Choose a color that represents the tag's purpose
  5. Save the tag

Adding Tags to Prospects
  • When creating a new prospect, select relevant tags in the tag field
  • Edit existing prospects to add or remove tags
