Adding Prospects

There are several ways to add prospects to your FireApp CRM, from manual entry to powerful LinkedIn importing tools.

Manual Entry
  1. Navigate to the Prospects page
  2. Click the "Add Prospect" button
  3. Fill in the required information (name, email, company)
  4. Assign to a pipeline stage
  5. Add tags for better organization (learn more about tag management)
  6. Save the prospect
🚀 LinkedIn Importing (Recommended)

Use our powerful Chrome extension to import prospects directly from LinkedIn with advanced search capabilities and bulk import features.

Available Import Methods:

  • Profile Search: Find people by name, title, company, or keywords
  • Company Search: Search companies and import their data
  • Sales Navigator Lead Lists: Import from pre-curated prospect lists
  • Sales Navigator Saved Searches: Execute predefined searches for fresh prospects
  • Bulk Import: Import up to 2,500 prospects at once with sequence assignment

Pipeline Stages

Assign prospects to pipeline stages to track their progress through your sales process. Pipeline stages help you organize prospects and understand where each one stands in your sales cycle.
