Creating Custom Pipeline Stages

Design pipeline stages that perfectly match your sales process:

  1. Navigate to the Pipeline settings in your account
  2. Click "Add New Stage" to create a custom stage
  3. Enter a descriptive name for the stage
  4. Add a description to help your team understand the stage
  5. Set the stage color for visual identification
  6. Choose whether the stage represents a win, loss, or active opportunity
  7. Save and repeat for all your stages
