Connect FireApp with LinkedIn to streamline your outreach and relationship building process. Our Chrome extension provides powerful tools for finding, importing, and managing prospects directly from LinkedIn.

Chrome Extension Setup

  1. Install the FireApp Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store
  2. Log in with your FireApp credentials
  3. Grant necessary permissions for LinkedIn access
  4. Start browsing LinkedIn profiles and using search features
  5. Use the extension to add prospects directly to your CRM

LinkedIn Prospect Importing Mechanisms

FireApp offers multiple ways to import prospects from LinkedIn, each designed for different use cases and workflows.

Profile Search

Search for people on LinkedIn by name, title, company, or keywords. Perfect for finding specific individuals or discovering new prospects based on criteria.

How to use Profile Search:
  1. Open the FireApp Chrome extension
  2. Navigate to the "Search" tab
  3. Select "People Search"
  4. Enter search terms (e.g., "marketing manager", "CEO", "software engineer")
  5. Review search results and click "Import as Prospect" for desired profiles
  6. Optionally assign prospects to action sequences during import

Pro Tip: Use specific keywords like job titles, company names, or skills to find more targeted prospects.

Company Search

Search for companies on LinkedIn by name, industry, or keywords. Import company information and then find prospects within those organizations.

How to use Company Search:
  1. Open the FireApp Chrome extension
  2. Navigate to the "Search" tab
  3. Select "Company Search"
  4. Enter company names, industries, or keywords
  5. Review results sorted by follower count (largest companies first)
  6. Click "Import Company" to add company data to your CRM

Pro Tip: Company search results are automatically sorted by follower count to help you identify the most influential organizations.

Sales Navigator Lead Lists

Import prospects from your LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lead Lists in bulk. Perfect for working with pre-curated lists of prospects you've already identified.

How to use Lead Lists:
  1. Ensure you have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription
  2. Open the FireApp Chrome extension
  3. Navigate to the "Search" tab and select "Sales Navigator"
  4. Choose "Saved Lists" from the options
  5. Select a Lead List from your Sales Navigator account
  6. Review the prospects in the list
  7. Use "Import All" to bulk import prospects or import individually

Pro Tip: Lead Lists are great for importing prospects you've already researched and qualified in Sales Navigator.

Sales Navigator Saved Searches

Execute your LinkedIn Sales Navigator saved searches to find new prospects based on your predefined criteria. Automatically discover fresh prospects that match your ideal customer profile.

How to use Saved Searches:
  1. Ensure you have a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription
  2. Create saved searches in LinkedIn Sales Navigator with your ideal criteria
  3. Open the FireApp Chrome extension
  4. Navigate to the "Search" tab and select "Sales Navigator"
  5. Choose "Saved Searches" from the options
  6. Select a saved search to execute
  7. Review the new prospects found by your search
  8. Use bulk import to add multiple prospects at once

Pro Tip: Saved searches are perfect for ongoing prospecting. Set up searches for your ideal customer profile and run them regularly to find new prospects.

Bulk Import & Sequence Assignment

Import multiple prospects at once and automatically assign them to action sequences for streamlined follow-up workflows.

Bulk Import Features:
  • Import up to 2,500 prospects at once (Sales Navigator limit)
  • Real-time progress tracking with progress bar
  • Automatic error handling and retry logic
  • Success/failure reporting with detailed error logs
  • Option to assign all imported prospects to a specific action sequence
How to use Bulk Import:
  1. Execute a Sales Navigator search or select a Lead List
  2. Set the number of prospects you want to import (1-2,500)
  3. Optionally select an action sequence for automatic assignment
  4. Click "Import [X] Results" to start bulk import
  5. Monitor progress in real-time (do not navigate away during import)
  6. Review import results and error logs when complete

Important: Do not navigate away from the page during bulk import. The process will stop if you leave the page.
