Gmail Integration
Connect your Gmail account to send and receive emails directly from FireApp — no tab-switching, no lost threads.
What You Can Do
- Send emails: Compose and send through your Gmail account without leaving FireApp. Every message is tied to the right contact.
- Sync incoming emails: Incoming messages from your Gmail are pulled into FireApp and matched to your contacts and prospects automatically.
- Full communication history: Every sent and received email is logged on the contact record, so you always have the full picture when you follow up.
How It Works
When you connect your Gmail account, FireApp uses Google's OAuth 2.0 to securely access your email. FireApp can read incoming messages, send on your behalf, and organize communications in your CRM. All access goes through Google's secure authentication, and you can disconnect at any time from your settings.
Data Usage & Privacy
Your email data is used exclusively for CRM functionality within FireApp:
- Email content is stored securely in your FireApp account to maintain communication history
- Email addresses from incoming messages are matched with your existing contacts and prospects
- All email data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from your FireApp settings
- We do not share your email data with third parties
Webhook Integration
Send prospect data to any external system using webhooks. Connect FireApp with automation platforms and keep all your tools in sync.
How It Works
When a prospect is created or updated in FireApp, a webhook sends that data to any URL you configure — in real time. Use this to connect with Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own systems.

- Data syncing: Keep your CRM data in sync with databases, spreadsheets, or other platforms

What Data Is Sent
Webhooks include contact details, pipeline status, and company information. You control what gets sent and where.
AI Agent Integration
Connect your AI agent — like Claude Code, OpenClaw, or any LLM-based tool — directly to your FireApp account. Your agent can manage your inbox, create and update prospects, send outreach, and plug into whatever systems or workflows you already use.

How It Works
FireApp's API and webhook system give AI agents full access to your CRM data. Your agent authenticates with your account, then reads and writes data just like you would — managing contacts, sending emails through your connected Gmail, and triggering automations. You stay in control of what your agent can access and do.

Supported Agents
Any AI agent or LLM tool that can make HTTP requests works with FireApp. We've tested with Claude Code, OpenClaw, and custom agents built with the Anthropic SDK, OpenAI API, and open-source frameworks. If your agent can call an API, it can work with FireApp.
