Daily connection (20/day) and message (40/day) caps are the same on every plan — hard limits the engine enforces, not targets. Price doesn't buy a faster send rate; the rate is what keeps the account safe. Connection requests start lower on a new account and climb as it warms up.

What people ask before signing up
- Will this get my LinkedIn account restricted?
- Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is selling. What we do is send no faster than a person plausibly could, start a new account low and raise it only as it warms up, and stop rather than push through a limit.
- Solo or Business — which do I start with?
- Solo if you're the one sending — one seat. Business if a team shares one list. Business bills a minimum of two seats; it is not a cheaper one-person plan. Connected LinkedIn and email accounts belong to the workspace, not to each seat. A teammate does not need their own LinkedIn to participate, and a conversation stays on the account that started it.
- Can I add seats or change plans later?
- Business starts at two billed seats. Add more any time from Settings → Plan. Moving between Solo and Business, or into Done-With-You, is one conversation with us — not a data migration.
- What counts against a daily send cap?
- Connection attempts and messages count against their respective rolling 24-hour caps, including the warm-up limits a newly connected channel starts on. Those caps are the same on every plan — price doesn't buy a faster send rate, because the rate is what keeps the account safe.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- The engine stops that class of action and says which rule stopped it. It does not keep retrying past a hard cap.
- What are email-finder and AI allowances?
- Email lookups and AI drafts each get a monthly allowance and a daily hard cap. Use either up and that feature stops until the window resets — it will not keep spending in the background.
- How does billing work?
- Solo and Business are self-serve: pick a plan, add a card, nothing's charged for 7 days. Done-With-You and Done-For-You are arranged with us — no checkout button, no surprise charge.
