01Prohibited conduct
No spam, deception, harvesting contacts without a lawful basis, harassment, or attempting to bypass network or product rate limits. On rate limits specifically: the product enforces safe default send caps and connect ramps server-side. Raising daily limits above those defaults is only available as an explicit override in Outreach settings and requires acknowledging restriction risk — it does not remove weekly ceilings or warm-up. Attempts to work around limits outside the product (for example by sending outside the product while claiming compliance, or by manipulating imported data to dodge a do-not-contact entry) are a policy violation, not just a technical dead end.
02Prohibited content
No uploading unlawful content, or personal data you are not entitled to collect, hold, or contact under applicable law.
03Enforcement
Some enforcement is automatic — an account with repeated send failures is halted by the circuit breaker described under Suspension in our terms of service, and sending can be stopped outright for a whole workspace or for one account. Beyond that, enforcement of this policy — reviewing a report, halting sending, or closing a workspace for a violation — is done by our team, not by an automated system. We investigate and act on a case-by-case basis.
