01The service
The service schedules and sends outreach on LinkedIn and email channels you connect, following the sequences and delays you set. It paces sends across the day rather than firing them at once, and stops a sequence automatically the moment a prospect replies.
02Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you send, for having a lawful basis to hold and contact the people you import, and for complying with each network's own terms and applicable law. You connect your own accounts — we do not supply LinkedIn or email accounts to send from.
03Plans and limits
Plans, allowances, and daily/weekly send caps are those shown on the pricing page. These are not just policy — they are enforced by the engine itself, server-side, for every workspace. When a cap is reached the affected action holds and is re-attempted once the window rolls; the engine does not send past a cap and does not silently drop the item. New LinkedIn connect volume also ramps up over roughly the first two weeks of a connected account rather than starting at full volume.
04Suspension
Sending can be halted at global, workspace, or channel scope. Some halts are automatic: repeated send failures on a channel in a short window trip a circuit breaker that stops that channel until the underlying problem (commonly a disconnected or restricted account) is fixed. Others are applied by our team — for example if an account looks at risk, if we're investigating a policy issue, or if payment on a paid plan lapses. We do not currently suspend sending automatically for a billing lapse; that is a manual action by our team, not a system trigger.
05No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee deliverability, acceptance rates, or business outcomes. We do not guarantee that a connected account will never be restricted or limited by the network itself.
