FireApp's AI agent integration lets you connect any LLM-based tool — Claude Code, OpenClaw, or your own custom agent — directly to your CRM. Your agent authenticates with your account and can read contacts, create prospects, send emails through your connected Gmail, update pipeline stages, and trigger automations on your behalf.
This is not a built-in chatbot or a limited AI assistant. FireApp exposes its full API to agents, giving them the same capabilities you have when using the app. The difference is that an agent can operate continuously, processing your inbox, enriching prospect data, drafting follow-ups, and keeping your pipeline current while you focus on higher-value work.
AI agents are especially powerful when combined with FireApp's other integrations. An agent can read incoming Gmail messages, create or update prospects based on the content, trigger webhook notifications to your other systems, and queue outreach sequences — all without manual intervention.
